But can anyone tell me where can I find the addons and the language packs?

Does spicebird allow mail download into SAME linux+winXP mailbox

I have a laptop with ubuntu and xp-sp3 setup as a dualboot option. I am looking for an email client that "downloads emails from a pop3 email account into a mailbox that can be read/written to from both linux and windows!"

I should be able to do this by installing separate clients on windows/ubuntu both allowing receive/send emails using same account, but maintaining a COMMON "email account file"!

Does spicebird allow such access/download fof emails from linux/windows into the same mailbox?

Experts, please comment!

Contacts syncing with Gmail...

It would be nice if the IMAP function would also pull the contacts down as well as the mail.

It also needs an easy way for Contacts to be synced up with gmail or blackberry.

Currently i am using Thunderbird 2 as my email application, and i look forward to use Spicebird, i am just waiting to be able to download it in Portuguese language, i hope it will be available soon to shift to, and i think that the .ldif contact list will fit in perfectly.

Its a great programm but I need it in german for Linux Ubuntu. So I can't change to this programm :-((

Spicebird 0.70 vs 0.71 and Windows 7 beta (build 7000)

While I was successfull to install SB 0.70 (italian) in a Win7 beta environment, when I downloaded and I tried to install version 0.71 (both .zip & .exe file) did was not the case.
By trying to extract .exe it during the extrations, it says taht "File is corrupt" while I was not able to extract ven the zip file because it says there is an error 0x80004005.
Any clue?
